I had a few bugs to report. The description of circlet of blasting says it's a +5 in the description but on my sheet it's a +3. The +1 mithral spiked armor says it doesn't impose disadvantage on stealth checks in the description but the disadvantage icon still appears when I have it equipped and the tool tip says it's because of the armor.
I double checked everything and it looks like while there is indeed an issue with the Circlet of Blasting not showing the correct modifier, your +1 Mithral Spiked Armor looks to be a homebrew item that would require the author of the homebrew to correct. Typically whenever we create armor, it'll appear like this: Armor, +1 (with the modifier to the armor showing up as a comma after the armor name).
