Hello, I purchased Volo's guide last year and then I purchased another 4 sourcebooks during the recent sale. I went to go create a new character and I was not able to select any of the races available in Volo's Guide. I haven't gotten far enough in to see if there are other things missing but I wanted to get this up ASAP anyway. I looked around and a fix I found was to select M:TG things for the Ravinica sourcebook but that doesn't work for me. Thanks
Go to: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account and click on the marketplace tab. Check “Account Entitlements.” If it says you need to sync, click on the sync button. While on that page, scroll down to the “Current Product Licenses” and make sure it lists the content you purchased.
If that doesn’t fix it, or if your purchased content is not listed, you will need to submit asupport ticket. The most common cause is inadvertently having multiple accounts, which they can help you with. They can also help you sort things out if something else is happening. They do get backed up, and a new book just dropped, so it may be a while. I know that can be frustrating, but please don’t submit duplicate tickets, as that has historically been a big part of the backup.
