I'm a DM of a campaign, and I've created a homebrew race for one of my players. I am Master Tier and they are Free Tier, and I have content sharing enabled for that campaign. According to all the information I've found, they should be able to see and select the homebrew race as long as they are in my campaign and have "Homebrew Content" turned on in the character creator. No matter what I try, they are not able to see or select the race. I have two copies of the race—one Public and one Private. I had thought, maybe they can't see it due to it being a Public race since they are Free Tier, but they are not able to see the Private version either. I do know that homebrew content sharing is at least partially working, because they are currently using homebrew items I have created in the campaign.
It should also be noted, there are no subraces, and I am able to see and select the race in my character creator.
Is there something I'm missing? Is there something else I need to do to enable homebrew race sharing specifically? Any help is appreciated.
Both the Public and Private versions are in my collection. The Public version was created several days ago, Private was created yesterday, so I don't think it's a server update issue.
Are they creating the character in your campaign? They will need to use the campaign join link and actually click the button to begin building their character in the campaign. I've had players with this same problem, attempting to build a character by navigating directly to the Character Builder on D&D Beyond, rather than from the Join a Campaign page.
All homebrew is always automatically shared among all players within a campaign. No subscriptions are required, and content sharing need not be enabled. It is possible that, for some reason their character sheet is still stuck with an old server cash. If that player changes the characters level up and down again (or vice versa), that may should force the server cash to update and make sure that their character she is pulling the most current information. That could still take 20 minutes after the character’s level is played with.
The alternative problem is that player might be Running an ad/pop-up blocker, browser extensions, or a VPN that may be interfering with DDB.

Sometimes it takes a while to be able to select things like that if it is new. Usually, 20 or so minutes for the servers to update.
Next, is it in your homebrew collection? Even if you created it if it is not in your homebrew collection it may not be visible to the players.
