I want to share my character sheet with my DM who is not on D&D Beyond. I found the "Shareable link" of my character, but when I open it in an incognito window to test it, the character is not visible. Instead some error is shown. I checked: my character is properly set to "public".
So I don't understand... why that character is not visible even though it's public?
I get an error when I use a private window in Firefox, it tells me I'm not signed in. This occurs with both links. Did you ever have it set to private? It's possible the cache is sticking, which is an issue that's shown up in other places. Try reselecting public.
My apologies for missing the incognito piece. I get the same message pocketmouse does when I use an incognito window; signing in solves it, but given what you are trying to do, that's not helpful. Try Pocketmouse's suggetion.
I tried viewing both this person's sheet and my own character sheet with a different browser where I wasn't signed in, and yup, not allowed to see.
I know that, when I first signed up 2 years ago, it was after following a link to someone's character sheet. Seeing how a DDB character sheet looked was what really got me interested in signing up, and once there was a sale so I could get the PHB (for my Forest Gnome Arcane Trickster), I was in. It's disappointing if people aren't able to do that now.

Sure, here you are:
* The full URL: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Dagske/characters/51336687
* The shareable link: https://ddb.ac/characters/51336687/FCjaAF
And yes, I confirm that the character is valid: race, class, abilities are all set: there are no blue parts when I'm in the editor.
Both links work for me...?

Have you tried in an incognito window? It works for me when I'm not incognito mode, but not when I'm in incognito!
That's the point of this issue...

Okay, so now that I see I'm not the only one, and the feedback is that it shouldn't be like that. How do I report this to the development team?
