Go in through Campaigns and gets the characters, but when I run the campaign Hit Points don't come through and when try to edit the screen cannot open the two hit point fields. What am I doing wrong?
Regarding the first point: Player character HP does not yet get automatically pulled into the encounter when you run it. This is planned to be the case in the future, but not yet implemented.
As for not being able to edit the hit points. Do you mean that when you click on the character HP, this side pop-up doesn't appear?
If this is the case, do you have any extensions that may be interfering, like Beyond20 or AboveVTT? You might try disabling those, as well as any ad-blockers.
If you do get this pop-up but are unable to "heal" the characters up to their actual HP, make sure that you are first putting a number into Max HP Override (at the bottom of the pop-up).
Please implement this feature as soon as possible. The combat tracker already imports character names and portraits, so it seems like it would be relatively simple to have it import the HP from their character sheet as well. However, having to manually do it prior to actually being able to start every encounter inserts an unnecessary delay into every fight and breaks up the flow of the campaign. That being said I love the functionality of the tracker otherwise, and the added dice roll function for monsters is wonderful; keep up the good work!

What looks “relatively simple” to us is rarely so from a developer’s perspective. In terms of pulling character data, when they first started working on it, they realized the approach they were taking would have resulted in so many database calls in so short a time that there was a very real chance of taking down the whole site. So they had to go back and develop a whole new “simplified character data system.” That has now been done. The ability to pull HP, AC, etc. Into the combat tracker appears to be in internal Alpha, as twice now on the dev updates, when the hosts have shown their combat trackers, that data can be seen for the PCs in the tracker, as well as a note in blue that character data is experimental and may be removed at any time. In neither case was that what they were showing off on the combat tracker: the first time Joe was running a short adventure as a way to introduce new content folk, and the second time Mellie was showing the ability to save combat tracker status. (Something that last I knew has not yet been released but should be soon).
