Do you have a Master Tier subscription? A Master sub is required to share content.
If you do have a Master Tier sub, how many campaigns do you have already sharing content? You are limited to sharing content with 3 campaigns.
If have a Master Tier sub and arent’ sharing content already with 3 campaigns, I suggest you make sure the subscription is active. If it is, then contact support using the “contact us” link under “Support” at the bottom of the page.
I’m sure some of this is spelled out in the details for the Master Tier sub.
campaigns with sharing turned on are limited to 12 players, not characters. (It used to be limited by characters, not players, but that has changed.). But there is a bug that interferes with adding characters if there are 12 characters already in the campaign—this has been identified and should get fixed eventually. (I’ve been out of touch for a while, so it may be that it has been fixed already.
Hello,
Somehow I cannot activate Content Sharing when I create a new campaign.
When I click on content management, I get the question to take a survey and that is it.
Anybody else experiencing this?
Is this temporary or am I doing something wrong?

Yes I have a Master Tier subscription and I have content sharing enabled on 3 campaigns already.
I did not know there was a max on content sharing, but thank you for this info, that helps.
Is there documentation anywhere - I was just having the same issue.
Related question - is there a limit to the number of characters in a campaign?
