For some reason I have one character sheet in my campaign that I can not view or edit. Just one, only one. Every time I try I get an error code (ccaca1225211467d9e5ab281ebb8f72f) I have cleared my cache, history, and cookies. turned off, and even uninstalled my VPN, turned my firewall off, and even turned of my antivirus. Nothing seems to help. AND IT IS JUST ONE CHARACTER! It is maddening! Please, someone help me!
That gives a 403 error, which usually occurs when a character has been locked. Check Your Characters to see whether you have more than the allowed number of characters (6 without a subscription.)

I thought that as well but I still have my active subscription and the other 46 characters built still work. It is just this one character and it is driving me nuts, lol
Hi there LordValiciel, I've raised this issue. I would recommend entering a customer support ticket here so the CS team can get in touch with you directly.

I've taken a quick look - that character URL you've linked is not owned by you, its owned by another player in the campaign (which you can see the username that owns the character from the Campaign page).
The user who owns the character has an expired subscription, and has not run the unlock process to choose 6 characters to unlock - this is why you as the DM cannot access the character.
You will need to speak to the player that owns that character.

Who owns the character?
Ask that person if they finished creating the character or anything else they might have done.
My homebrew content: Monsters, subclasses, Magic items, Feats, spells, races, backgrounds
I own it, and that is why I am so confused.
This seems to have happened to a few people lately. Please post the url to your character sheet so someone can take a look.

And before anyone says anything; yes, I know I have a problem, don't judge me, lol.
