I've had my DND Beyond account for four years. I've purchased lots of content and books through the marketplace, I have used the iOS app, as well as the web browser to view content. I have been inactive for some time and have recently come back as a friend of mine is starting a new campaign. I went to make a new character, and it looks like all my content has been wiped clean. I no longer have access to any of the content except for the basic rules, and under the account - > marketplace tab, there is no content available.
What could be going wrong? Am I missing something on my end? I've only used one account to log in to DND Beyond, and wondering if something has changed on their end that would have wiped my content, or if there is something I am not doing right with my account.
