Hey, I purchased a sourcebook bundle last year and a bunch of content is not enabled for me. Particularly, I can't make a Ghostwise halfing and the encounter builder doesn't know what I've purchased and won't show stat blocks. I've tried making support tickets, but they've sat for weeks with absolutely no response. The maximum time they said it would take to hear something was 72 hours. It's a lot of money I spent on the bundle, and the inability to use it is deeply frustrating.
I've had the same issue, although not nearly on as pricey a scale as you it sounds like.
I purchased a sourcebook through the DnD Beyond Mobile App, was charged for it on my credit card (I even have a receipt from Apple), but the content was never downloaded, and it doesnt show up in my order history in DnD Beyond. Sent out multiple requests about the issue that have been sitting for a few weeks now. No response. Is there any other way to contact this company?
In the App, when you go to More>My Content, do you see the sourcebook you purchased?
What sourcebook did you purchase?
Are you certain you are signe d into the same account on the app and online?
I am truly sorry that support hasn’t gotten back to o you. I’ve seen lots of reports of that recently; that did not used to be the case. Hopefully a moderator will see this post and check on it; it will help them if you can post your ticket number/case number from support.
When I look at my content, the only purchased content I see is the Players Handbook, which I purchased online instead of through the app. I have access to other content that was shared with me from my DM’s but that’s obviously different than purchased content.
I purchased the Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide.
I only have one account, and was definitely signed into it both online and on the app.
The ticket number is #946943, I have attached the receipt from the iTunes Store (from the in-App purchase) and a photo of my current content on my account, which shows only my Players Handbook has been purchased. I sent this request on June 19, 2020,
I was feeling very frustrated with the fact that I hasn’t received a response yet, so I submitted a second request about the exact same thing , which is #949561 , sent on June 30,2020.
The day after I posted this, my issue got solved. My support tickets didn't get updated at all but I can access the content. Hope yours resolves too, gofightcrime

Has anyone else had similar issues?
What do you see when you go to marketplace>order history
