You're going to need to give a lot more detail. Please provide links to the character, and the homebrew (it doesn't need to be published, if a mod is around they can see it regardless). If you can also post pictures of the homebrew for folks who aren't mods to help, that'd be useful. DDB doesn't do image hosting, you'll need to host them somewhere else and provide links.
Also, super-basic, but make sure on the preferences/home tab of the character, you have homebrew set to on/red/right.
it also says this but i cant find what in there is the reason
This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass.
This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.
"This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass"
This means you have added stuff to this homebrew, such as a spell in the Spells section, that is not from the Basic Rules. Only the stuff you get from Basic Rules can be used in published homebrew.

Note, you do not need to publish the homebrew in order for you or anyone in your campaign to use it. Anything you make is immediately available for your characters and automatically shared with everyone in the same campaign as you.

Homebrew needs to have features granted as specific class levels. You can find more info here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/23242-creating-subclasses-guide
