I have a Master tier subscription, but my players are not able to see the content I have unlocked when not using their character sheets, which is becoming increasingly annoying as they level up. Would like to know if there is a fix around this.
Are the characters they are creating IN The campaign?
do you have content sharing turned on? If so, turn it off and back on again?
are they not able to access PHB content, or it only content from certain other sources? If the latter, what sources?

Content sharing got turned off somehow..... I don't know why I didn't think of this. Thanks for the help.
