After purchasing xanathar's guide and tasha's cauldron, both the app and the browser stopped working.

I now get the beholder showing: dad1719f18f64877a67af614e809f4b1

I can open the books, but the crash occurs when i try to create a character, after clicking "standard" in the character builder.

Any ideas?

Apologies for this - the error was related to a validation issue, not the purchase itself (it just happened to coincide). The character creation issue has been resolved (I've checked your account is validating properly for new character creation).
