Hello there,
I had an issue since yesterday, where I am trying to join a campaign (Join - Animarcana Parallel - Campaigns - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com) ) with a character (Samael Malazan - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com) ), but the character list does not have him.
Hopefully someone can have a fix.
There have been lots of reports of this lately. Make sure the character in question is not already in a campaign. If they are not, try making a copy of the character and see if you can join with the copy.

I had the same problem, creating a copy of the character solved the problem for me. Thanks for the suggestion.
