I was subscribed to DnD Beyond's Master Tier for over a year, however it seems like I was booted from my plan. My initial assumption was the card I used to pay for the plan expired, which is fair enough... however I seem to longer be able to even renew my subscription at all. Whenever I try to manage my plan, it immediately redirects to /store/subscriptions/unpaid, which states:
Couldn't Collect Payment
You will no longer have access to the subscription benefits. If you have further questions please contact Customer Support.
[CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION]
So I tried canceling my subscription so I could then re-subscribe... but the cancellation process never goes through. It just stays loading indefinitely.
Now I cannot access any of my characters unless I specifically activate them, which I'm afraid to do because I have 90+ other characters that I don't want to get accidentally deleted, and the players I'm DMing for no longer have access to my paid content,.
Is there something I'm missing here? I have no reason to believe I broke any of the ToS, so the fact that I was seemingly banned from the subscription service is confusing the heck out of me.

They have been having issues with their subscription service recently. There is a mega thread about it you can find linked here.
It would be worth submitting a support ticket via the help portal linked at the bottom of the page.
