I purchased XGtE yesterday but the Android App does not make it available for download. If I click on Go to Marketplace, it shows it at $29.99. Thinking my purchase may not have gone through, I click the price and it says "Error, you already own this item". But it then goes back to the price or "Go to Marketplace". It will not allow me to download or access info in classes or elsewhere. I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works.
Did you buy it through the app? If so you'll have to wait, sometimes up to a few weeks. Because the payment goes through the appstore, then get directed to Dndbeyond you wont have access to it until Dndbeyond gets told that you own it, which can take a while. You'll need to reach out to your appstore of choice and see what is going on and potentially get a refund.
Again, worth reaching out to the appstore to see what is up. You can also submit a support ticket on dndbeyond via the Help Portal link at the bottom of the page.

I did purchase through the app, but I did so for all the other sourcebooks as well. I got access to the PHB, DMG, and MM immediately.
