I am missing all my bought content, just purchased CoS, which I can access but wanted to check something in Xgte and that was gone, all other items as well.
I tried to restore it in my account, which works but still not able to access it.
I can see that for both of you your licenses and roles have been re-enabled. You may need to close your browsing session and/or clear you cookies in your browser to more quickly pick up the updated data.
We're also pushing out a change in a few minutes to break those caches a little sooner on the restore purchases.

My guess is that when you logged in this time, you inadvertently created a second account. (It happens a lot!). Submit a support ticket by clicking “contact us” below. Please be patient: they don’t work weekends, and they are likely dealing with a flood of support requests due to the release of Witchlight (although I’ve not seen many issues with Witchlight posted). Please don’t submit multiple tickets for the same thing: inthe past that has been a big part of the slow-down.
so a fiew weeks ago I was logging in and It apeares that something went wrong when joining my twitch account and my google acount together, so thanks to my password manager it showed me It has my twitch account data stored and I was able to log in with it now and everything is back
but I swear I had tried to log in with my twitch account before and had always been logged in as theOtschi with no content bought, suddenly I was able to log in as 0tschi again
