I just tried to log into my account to create another character and I found out that my subscription had been lost, I had a hero subscription, and now when I tried to re-subscribe I got a message saying;
Couldn't Collect Payment
You will no longer have access to the subscription benefits. If you have further questions please contact Customer Support.
No matter what I try, I cant get another subscription and I don't know why. has this happened to anyone else and how do I solve it?
