For about an hour and half now, I have been searching for power attack and cleave. Do they not exist officially? I am sure. Is there a reason they should be missing? Hell no. We pay for this service and so the service should be complete. The only thing gained here is that now I know to NEVER purchase digital content. You cannot trust people, even the good ones, to give you your money's worth. I paid for two books that end with "EVERYTHING" in the title. I should have access to everything or damn near everything.
What book does power attack belong to? No one on the internet seems to know. [redacted] I love dungeons and dragons but it SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD JUST TO MAKE A CHARACTER
Power attack and Cleave belong to a whole other edition of D&D. This site supports 5e only. Folks on the forums are always happy to help people identify which book something is in before they purchase so they can get the features they want, but yeah, there are pitfalls to buying digital.
You can also check what is in every book before you purchase it by clicking on it in the sources tab (except preorder). It's worth doing before you buy anything so you know what you are getting with your purchase.
For the record, I searched for them and found 2 feats with those names published in a 3rd party book with a single google search. Dndbeyond doesn't support 3rd part content but you can make it as homebrew for your personal use.

Cleaving attacks are, but they're still functionally different from how 'Cleave' worked.

So basically "this ********et is terrible and a scam, because it doesn't have rules not in 5e!"
Not sure we can provide the support you need.
