What should I do if can’t buy the books I want and haven’t gotten an email back from the support team?
Wait. If it’s been more than 4 business days, post the ticket # here in hopes that a mod or support staff person will see it and check on it. Do not submit another support ticket. Doing so will only reset your place in the queue.
