I've seen this reported before, but couldn't find the threads. This has been going on for months. Some navigation sidebars go past the screen but won't scroll. To reproduce:
Open Tomb of Annihilation, and navigate to chapter 3:Dwellers in the Forbidden City
Click on "Locations in the City" to reveal the next level of structure
On my 13" MacBook, in Safari, with the window maximized but not fullscreen, the last item I can see is area 13 Amphitheater; on Chrome on the same machine, the last item I can see is 12 Wongo's Shrine. There is no way to scroll to items below this in the sidebar. (The location numbers go through item 20)
This is actually a site wide issue. You can see it in the classes pages and the adventure books on full screen if there are enough headers. Additionally, if you use a smaller window the side bar does not adjust so it can be cut off on any page with a side bar.
Just want to refresh this and mention that it is still happening (15" MacBook Pro, Safari). Specifically, in my case: Under the Class page, the scrolling for the cleric subclasses cuts off after Trickery, and I have to scroll down the main text page to get to Twilight and War.
Ditto. This is a really annoying bug that persists throughout the whole site. It seems like a huge oversight and for it to persist for so long seems like egregious neglect. The only work around I have learned is to reduce the zoom on my browser until everything I need to see fits. But this of course means the text is so small I stuggle with reading it. Maybe there is a better solution that no one has reported in this thread yet?

This has been annoying for a while. Strange oversight by the programmers. Noticed this bug on the list of gods in the Theros book.

This is still an issue in Curse of Strahd. Not sure about other modules.
I found it in Curse of Strahd, too. Please fix
Sidebar not matching location on page is still a thing. Hopefully WOTC will fix it.
this is still an issue in cos
Recommendation to fix this:
You may need to fix other conflicting max-heights, or win via specificity (e.g. prefixing .sidebar-menu), or - ew - set this to !important.
