Hello! Having some trouble getting my homebrewed wizard subclass to populate in the character builder. I opened a thread for this once before and the issue was fixed, but it now appears to be broken again.
+ Homebrew content is enabled for the character (red-toggle is on). + Character level is set at 10, so high enough that the option should be populating in the drop down menu. + Whether or not the subclass is added to My Collections has no effect.
This subclass is cloned the School of Abjuration subclass to begin with, so in theory it should be working as all the same fields have been filled out. Appreciate any help with this.
Re-save the individual features, then re-save whole subclass. That will trigger the system to pick up the most recent updates. Then be patient because it can take a little time for the system to push those changes through to the character sheet.
Sometimes, not sure why. Two days ago I added a feat, item, subclass, and background all at once, 1 was pretty immediate, two only took minutes, the subclass took almost an hour. Added a subclass yesterday and it was there by the time I navigated to the character builder seconds later. 🤷♂️
I've gone ahead and done the re-saves so we'll see what happens. I also noticed that homebrewed spells can be made available to the subclass even though it doesn't appear in the drop-down menu options for Arcane Tradition. There's definitely something buggy happening.
Hm, interesting! I had all the class features for the correct required levels, but one additional feature for level 2 and this seemed to be messing things up. After combining the two features for level 2 into a single entry, it seems to have resolved the issue. Thank you!
Once again, the subclass has disappeared as an option for wizards, even though I have made no changes to the subclass since this posting. I have re-saved all the individual features and the subclass as a whole, but this has had no effect. Adding/removing the subclass to My Homebrew Collection has no effect.
Additionally, homebrew spells that once linked to this subclass via the "Available for Class(es)" field no longer show as linked on the My Homebrew Creations page when the spell details are expanded.
I recently subscribed, but the homebrew I saved isn't showing up?
If you're talking about a homebrew subclass, make sure that you have the right version of the class selected. There are two versions of each class: the 2014 version and the 2024 version. Each homebrew subclass is only associated with one or the other, not both. Make sure you're making a character with the same class version as the version you made the subclass for.

Still not seeing the subclass populate in the character builder.
This is what I am getting....
