I Have claimed the Acquisitions Inc. sourcebook when it came out and when I go to the sourcebook I am able to view everything. However it does not show it as claimed in the marketplace anymore or when I try to make a character? Multiple of my friends are also having a similar issue where they have it but don't "Have it" anymore?

Did you buy the whole source or the compendium only version? [Edit: forgot it was free to claim for a time] Have you checked your entitlements? (See link in my signature)
