I have a friend that's making something for our group, and wants a PDF of our character sheets. I go to click export and it does nothing. I click it again and it tells me the page is forbidden. Is there something I need to have first? I'm using the mobile app
I don't believe the mobile website allows export. Just tried it on my iphone and it did load the character sheet, but it is all blank. Best bet is to use desktop/laptop to export. You will need to edit the sheet anyways since it isn't very descriptive.
The mobile app doesn't support character sheets yet. There was, however, a "fake" DDB app in the Google play store for a bit, that was just a wrapper for the website. If you really are accessing your character sheet via an app and not using your mobile device's browser to work with DDB, try using your browser and see if you get an error.
Tophloph, the reason your character sheet looks empty is because iOS doesn't handle form fillable pdfs properly. The data's all there, you just can see it. iOS users have to open those pdfs from the Adobe app for iOS, or another app that handles form fillables properly. (The Dropbox app will show the content of fillable pdfs, for example).
