So, I know there have probably been threads of the random dice roller in Beyond 20 before but I have been using it recently and keeping track of rolls. The dice roller does seem to consistently roll lower than 10 and on the low side. Here is all my roles from the game I had today and what the roles were for:
Overall this seems MUCH lower than what I would role using actual dice. This seems like an average of around 9. Seems a little on the low-side as average on a d20 would be 11. I recorded the scores for this game but other games the roller seems to role this as average. For one game I am certain that it did not get above a 10.
Nothing wrong with the Beyond20 dice roller. Works fine. Vigorous testing has proven its as random as you're going to get for a basic bit of code and is more random than physical dice rolling.
Sometimes you get bad streaks. Sometimes you get good ones. That's the result of random.
Also: D&D beyong (this site) has no actual affiliation with the 3rd party extension Beyond 20. This is the wrong forum and wrong site for reporting what you think are bugs for it.

Yeah man, I have a degree in English. I understand the definition of random but thanks for the language lesson. This however has been on a "bad streak" for about 3 game sessions from what I am measuring. I do however thank you for letting me know that Beyond 20 is separate from the dice roller being used so I will report it to the appropriate people after I get more roll examples as 11 roles don't seem to enough.
Also - 11 rolls are far far too few to establish any sort of pattern. This is probably just a case of perception bias.
Well, if I had a problem and gave 11 example I don't know if my IT dept would label it "perception bias" lol. What I am doing however now it going record rolls over 5 games. If the average is as above continues to be low (9 average on a d20 is low) then I will report it it to Beyond 20. Again, this problem does not exist when just using the virtual roller on Roll20.net. Only when rolling from Beyond20 to input rolls from the character builder into Roll20.
Campaign I am on with 3 other players we have the same issue, we very rarely get any rolls over 10. If your DM allows use physical dice and a webcam to show rolls.
we're having issues with the dice seeming to get "stuck" and start repeating the same dice rolls (like 3 or 4 20s in a row, etc). we find if you refresh your browser, it seems to fix it.
Good Day,
So, I know there have probably been threads of the random dice roller in Beyond 20 before but I have been using it recently and keeping track of rolls. The dice roller does seem to consistently roll lower than 10 and on the low side. Here is all my roles from the game I had today and what the roles were for:
9-Stealth
3-Init
12-Produce Flame
5-Produce Flame
8-Insight
11-Insight
9-Will Save
16-Primal Savagery Cantrip
10-Initiative
7-Produce Flame
12-Produce Flame

I have seen a difference with browsers... I roll better every time rolling on my phone than I do on my PC.
