I purchased master tier for my account yesterday but don't have access to the content, other than viewing the books. I can't create a character with all of the extra information and items like those from xanathar do not display themselves in the campaign.
The master tier subscription does not provide access to content. It allows the subscriber to share any content they or other members of the campaign have purchased.
