I was browsing the market place when I noticed there 2 versions of the Legendary Bundle available.

The one on the home shows 301.23 as the full price, links to: https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/bundle/4

If I navigate to Tales of the Yawning Portal, at the bottom there's a link to the Legendary Bundle where the price is 279.99: https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/bundle/1

I figure that is because one of the bundles doesn't yet include the new Tomb of Annihilation. so it's kinda confusing and hard to spot

This is fixed now, access to the older bundle is no longer accessible.

Correct - the old bundles have been retired, as the current bundle includes additional books.
