Hi,
Despite requesting and completing an account name change in the relevant thread, when I export a PDF sheet of a character, I continue to see my previous DDB username on the exported PDF file.
Please help, thanks!
The Nickname change thread is different from having your base username updated. That would generally need a support request raised.
I've updated the Nickname to now be your base username. In order for the pdf to have this, it would need a fresh export - this would require clearing the browser cache for D&D Beyond before exporting the pdf again.
