I sent a support message to D&D Beyond about 2 days ago and haven't gotten a response. Is this normal?
I sent the message asking about a code I got with my Essintials Kit, since I tried to enter it and it didn't work. Was hoping to get a new one soon, since I'm joining a Campaign.
They're beyond swamped and recently had layoffs. So they're very overwhelmed.

Yeah, between layoffs, a Holliday break, and now all this OGL backlash, tickets are going to be slow for a while.
