My friends starting a new campaign I wanted to play an oathbreaker paladin and I hit the slow legacy content button as well as every other one and I have the 2014 DMG but the only two subclasses that come up are path of devotion and oath of the watchers anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
ok thank you to everyone who replied I figured out the legacy stuff thanks to you guys but I still can’t figure out how to make my character a Brokenoath paladin we have the dmg from 2014 but there’s no subclass option for that?

Did you purchase the book yourself, or is it being shared with you? Shared character options can only be used by characters in the campaign that’s sharing them.
Also, it’s “Oathbreaker”, not “Brokenoath”. If you’re looking in the B’s, you won’t find it there.
lol yup I searched for it wrong a bunch of times before my friend corrected me I am horrible at remembering things which is why notes are so important to me as a DM but I tried making it in and out of campaign and he owns it as do I couldn’t find it and we are both content sharing with the campaign it’s very odd
You or your friend need to have a Master tier subscription and have enabled Content Sharing on the campaign. Sharing can be enabled on up to 5 campaigns max, each with a max of 12 players. You may need to switch sharing off then on again after checking entitlements.
You need to be making the character in the campaign.

Just to confirm Oathbreaker does show up perfectly fine for a 2024 Paladin, here is an unlisted video I just made showing this.

Do you own the book yourself, or is it being shared with you? Is “2014 Core Rules” enabled for that character?

Also, make sure you're selecting the legacy Paladin not the 2024 Paladin.
Playing D&D since 1982
Have played every version of the game since Basic (Red Box Set), except that abomination sometimes called 4e.
Oathbreaker is available for use on a 2024 Paladin. You don’t have to use the 2014 class.
