i cancelled my resub scription not long ago and now i have no access to all of my master tier subscription stuff whenever it shouldn't be running out until december anybody knows anything or can help fix my problem really appreciate it
You will need to file a support request. Click on "contact us" below. On the page that opens you will see a description of and a link to the support ticket system.
I have already submitted a ticket about the issue two weeks ago and not received an answer.
Or if I have received an answer I cannot view it because the confirmation mail about the submitted ticket only redirects me off DnDBeyond to the Wizards of the Coasts side and wants a login there, which I do not have since I submitted the ticket from this DnDBeyond account!
I have done this but I have yet to get a reply and that was over 2 weeks ago can I get direct response from somebody at staff here please help I still don't have access to my D&D Beyond
If you have submitted a ticket, please don’t submit a new one. That resets your place in line. You could try posting your support ticket here. Sometimes the moderators can use that to escalate things. Although I’ve seen less moderator interaction lately, so I can’t be certain that will work.
