I cannot use encounter builder. When I try to manage characters, or when I want to access my saved encouters list, I get an empty page with only the site header and footer and a "Report feedback" button.
Have you already seen this bug ? How can I solve it ?
I have the same bug. Noticed it about a week ago, I think. I use Firefox on my laptop and there hasn't been any problems before but now i get the same "report feedback" option every time. The character management shows maybe half a second and then this happens.
I've had the same issue with and without browser extensions on chrome(desktop) and also chrome mobile (android). Also submitted a crash report from the report feedback button that is provided.
I can, however, get to the encounter builder from the encounter builder link in the tools menu, from the combat tracker and also the link on DDB homepage. It allows me to add, filter and remove monsters from a new encounter that has only 1 level 1 character assigned (which is not the default I have for my campaign), but the moment I attempt to manage the character number or level. Crash.... Report Feedback button. Trying to view my encounters causes a crash, and trying to manage characters causes a crash.

I am experiencing the same bug. It started last Friday (05/21). I am unable to manage characters in the encounter builder or view the "my encounters" page.
See this post in a related thread. Do all your campaigns have names?
Seems to have done the trick from my end. Seems like the default should be for the campaign to require a name.
Thanks for the tip!

Yeah this is happening to me too. I also don’t like the changes they made to everything. I think after they updated the website it bugged a lot of things.
Getting the same type of white page error when I try to open encounters. I just created one, named it and pressed save, tried to go back to encounters to create more. No luck for me, only white page, tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge. All my campaigns have names so that isn't the issue.

Same issue, though I have tried to enter the encounter builder through the Campaign page, from the Tool's menu, and from the Collections Menu. I am also using Chrome.
**Update** - I tried using the encounter builder in MS Edge, however it brought up the encoutner builder, but I wasn't logged in. I try to log in and it just takes me back to the not logged in landing page. I try to access my campaign directly from the Campaign link that I C&P'd from Chrome - I get a 403 error. I click on Collections, then "Characters", and it has me logged in, but it has a blue dot next to my Subscription. I click Subscription and it takes me back to the non-logged in landing page, trying to sell me a subscription. I already have Master Tier soooo it seems like bits and pieces of the website aren't communicating with one of the databases.
**Update 2** - In Edge, it found my subscription, let me view my campaigns and access Encounter Builder, however I am still getting the same issue (blank page) when I click on Encounter Builder as I had when I used Chrome.
This is happening to me now on my IPad on four browsers: Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Characters work, forums work, sources all work, but cannot see or build encounters. This will kill my game tonight if I can’t see the encounters I have prepared.
I am having the same problem. All of my campaigns are named, but the Encounter builder page comes up blank. The navigation tabs at the top function, but the page content is blank.

Are you using any extensions in your browser? If so please try disabling them and seeing if this continues.

I use firefox and chrome on mobile (Android) without extensions
Okay, does this occur on other networks or devices?

It also appears the same way on desktop using firefox and chrome. I desactivated my extensions in firefox but it did not solve the issue.
Nanette, LaGouache, can you update after you're tried everything I've suggested so far?

Same issue, using Chrome deactivated AboveVTT, and all my campaigns have names. Still having the problem.

Continuously getting 503 errors to the page
