I never received a product key. The original email had no link or key, and the order history has "Unlock Activation Code" which just takes me to the instructions on how to redeem. No code to be found anywhere :-(
So has there been any resolutions or am I just f**ck'd.
If you didn't get an email or can't find your original order email with the link for the redeem code, try sending a ticket to support asking for another email. I did that before looking for my old email and got sent a new one with the link.

Looks like we are all just f**ck'd. Wizards/DnDbeyond has been completely quiet about those of us that didn't receive the code. It's pretty sad. I won't be using their store next time.

I Ordered Shadow of the Dragon Queen Deluxe Edition Bundle back in August. I didn't get an email with a redeem code.
Me either, I ordered beginning of September.
I had to go back an find the original invoice email and there is a link to a product redeem code in it.
I went to the order history and was able to get my code there.

I never received one either in my confirmation email. I did see this in another thread. After syncing, I was able to gain access. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I thought I was good, but no go actually. I've put a ticket in as well.
Same, and the order is in the my orders section, but there is no code when you click the recieve the code button. I'm really annoyed with this.
I didn't get a key either. I ordered the Deluxe Edition in Early September. I don't have an option to sync my account either.
Just found it.
1. Go to DND store at: D&D | Official Online Store (wizards.com)
2. Click My Account in top right corner.
- Select Order History.
3. On right side of corner. Push Manage
4. Click big red button for UNLOCK ACTIVATION KEY.
5. Click big red button to UNLOCK ACTIVATION KEY again.
6. key is shown.
Everytime I click "UNLOCK ACTIVATION KEY" it just opens a new window that gives me instructions on how to redeem the key.
Right click the link, and try opening in new tab, or copy link and manually paste it into a new tab.
None of that works. It all just takes me to the instruction page. I've got support tickets open as well, so hopefully we get this figured out soon
