I was looking at my Wizard and noticed his spellcasting modifier is now only a +1 as if it was using his wisdom. I asked some friends if they were having the same thing since I thought it was a bug, but one of them said there is a rule that there can only be one intelligence spellcaster and Artificer took it so Wizard has been changed? Is this true? The wizard class page still says they use intelligence. What is going on?
Looking at the homebrew subclass you have linked its Casting Stat has been set to Wisdom. That would need to be set back to Intelligence to be in line with the Wizard class.
how did you get +8 initiative I've been tring to find out how
Looking through the Features & Traits, their homebrew Lore Master subclass allows using either Intelligence or Dexterity for Initiative, so that'd be how.

Hi there, could you please provide a link to the affected character?
I did recently attach a homebrew subclass for an old cancelled UA but as far as I am aware, I didn't do anything to alter his spellcasting modifier.

Thank you, could you provide a link to the homebrew subclass? (it does not need to be published)
Here you go, sorry for all the trouble.

Sorry to bother, but any chance you figured something out?
Hello there Dawodakida,
Looking at the homebrew subclass you have linked its Casting Stat has been set to Wisdom.
That would need to be set back to Intelligence to be in line with the Wizard class.
Hope this helps!
