I have been trying for over a week to renew my subscription before my next game and I am hit repeatedly with an error message. It wont renew my semi-annual subscription and I can’t even remove or edit my cc information because that’s locked out until the renewal? How do you renew your sub if say your cc information expired and you have a new one?
Seriously. This is getting ridiculous. It’s been two weeks of error and no reply from tech support and I’ve got a monthly game. They can’t properly level up without my paid content which they don’t have access too because I’m no longer subscribed.
Ask support to clear your subscription data. Apparently that has worked for some folks, but support has to be told/asked to do so. (Reports here have seemed to indicate that the current support staff don’t have a good handle on how to fix subscription issues)
