I was making a Paladin/Warlock (I know, so original) and noticed that I could only select cantrips and 1st level spells for the warlock side despite having 10 level in the class. If I selected a different patron (Archfey) I suddenly could pick from all the appropriate spell levels. If I switch back to Hexblade, only cantrips and 1st level spell selection again.
I haven't done a lot of testing. This is if the warlock is the second class picked. I checked with a Bard/Warlock and it seemed to work as intended.

It works properly for me. What level paladin? What race?

Strangely, it fixed itself when I went back to the sheet later. Don't know why, but it's fine now.
