Not all the curses for the blood curses feature appear (Link to a character with the bug: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/100891796). the ones that are missing are: Binding, Fallen Puppet, a Bloated Agony
When looking at your character sheet, I noticed that a lot of the features say "No Choice Made". So when I built a test character, I didn't make any choices either, and also did not see the curses you listed. But when I went to "Hunter's Bane" (in the builder) and chose a "hemocraft die" from the drop down, and then went to the Blood Curses section on that same page, the choices showed up. I think this is because Binding and Boated Agony both involve Strength checks made by your opponent, and DDB needs to know which modifier to use (INT or WIS) to calculate the DC. Meanwhile Fallen Puppet references your Hemocraft die.

I'm not a mod, so I can't check out the feature dropdown, but in the information pane I can see those Curses.
