On my character sheet, Lightning Lure appears under Spells as normal, but it doesn't appear under Actions.
I think it’s because it is a saving throw and not an attack roll I know that’s why it doesn’t show up under attacks. On the spells tab, tap the spell, then tap customize, then check “Display as an Attack”. If I’m right, that should make it show up.
