I normally order by dnd books from Amazon as they are discounted and arrive fast, so for the first time i order from WOC so I could get the bundle deal, but it has been a week and the items haven't shipped. The items aren't pre-order but what is the most frustrating is that I can't find any way to query/ask on the status. No phone number, so links, no way to truely get customer service? Any one got ideas?

You need to do this from WotC website. This site, D&D Beyond, has nothing to do with the WotC store. You can raise a support ticket direct with them here: https://dnd-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
