I'm playing a level 2 paladin and going into Oath of Vengeance when I hit level 3 so I purchased the Oath of Vengeance pack along with the Polearm Master feat. Oath of Vengeance is available but the Polearm Master feat isn't.
Is there something I'm missing?
I'm playing as a human if that helps.
