When I go to load Maps, nothing is available aside from "Upload" and "Basic" maps in the Map Browser.
If I start the "Intro to Stormwreck Isle", "Frozen Sick" or "Prisoner13" campaigns nothing from those loads into the browser. I also have the Phandelver adventure but I understand that is not included in Maps.
I've tried Chrome, Edge, etc. Cleared all browser data. Reloaded several times. Nothing works. I will be playing with some beginner players and I would love to keep it simple and all on one site and not have to have everyone sign up for multiple things (Roll20, Discord, etc).
Is there a work-around here? Do I need to cancel and start a new account?
Does anyone from dndbeyond read these forum posts?
Maps has been working fine for me and I have tested on Chrome, Firefox and Opera GX browsers.
Have you tried checking extensions or VPN?

Anyone have any suggestions? I opened a problem ticket but no answers there. The forums look to be a ghost town as far as actual answers from dndbeyond staff.
Kinda difficult to help you since the issue cannot be replicated and works perfectly fine for everyone else.

Well since it's not working on my desktop, or my phone, or any browser, it's def an account issue. So I guess I'm looking for suggestions on changing account preferences or if I should just cancel and start over. Or just cancel.

Given that the content you're checking for are free adventurers it will not have anything to do with your account - as long as you have your Master sub. And it can't be just a general issue with D&D Beyond since that would affect everyone not just you.
So, long shot and kinda obvious but I have nothing left to think of: You are checking the right places for the maps - such as choosing Explorer's Guide to Wildemount to see the Frozen Sick maps. Or Keys of the Golden Vault for the Prisoner 13 maps?

I own the hardcover of Wildemount, not the digital copy. It says I own Frozen Sick in my marketplace list and on the dndbeyond app.
At this point I can scan the maps from the book and upload them faster than this will be resolved. Which leaves the question...what am I paying for here?
So on further checking it seems the adventures you mention are no longer free with the exception of Intro to Stormwreck Isle. So you will need to purchase the books on here to use them on the maps.
Intro to Stormwreck Isle is free but is not included on Maps.

Ah so it seems you don't understand the map feature.
The adventures you mention are free but were included in other books. You need to select the book from the list on the left-hand side. Then you can go to the adventure listed in the larger frame to select the right map. You don't need to own the book - the maps are just categorised under them.
When you say, "You need to select the book from the list on the left-hand side", are you referring to the list in the Maps Browser? Because that list only shows "Upload" and "Basic". When I launch the Maps feature from the campaign listing, (or vice versa) the adventure(s) are *not* listed in the Maps feature. This is what I've been saying from the first post.
Aside from character creation, this site kinda sucks now.
Please re-check my post. I deleted that and posted differently, having found out the cause of your issue.

Except I *do* (did?) own Frozen Sick. I think? It's listed in my assets on the app and in the marketplace. So they just made it unfree? At least they could remove the modules off the list of FREE CAMPAIGNS. Or maybe respond to inquiries? Weak.
Frozen Sick was never purchasable. It was a freebie offered by Critical Role as part of their partnership with D&D Beyond during the pandemic, and is an adventure from their campaign setting book Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. It was never promised to be permanently free and D&D Beyond and CR were upfront that it was temporary for the lockdowns. I suppose I assumed D&D Beyond had just left it free when the lockdowns were over since it remained free for quite some time after. However, they have finally gotten round to removing it as free, it seems. It no longer has the 'free' tag. You will need to purchase Explorer's Guide to WIldemount on here to use it with Maps.

I can open Frozen Sick on here and on the app. Just no maps in the Maps feature. I "re-claimed' Intro to Stormwreck and now at least that shows up. They need to remove the others from the list of free campaigns when you start Maps. Would have prevented this whole thread.
I've already dropped hundreds on this site and it's usefulness is really limited unless you sink a ton more money into it. It's almost as bad as Warhammer.

No VPN. Tried it with all extensions disabled. Nothing.
Tried it on my phone, cell signal, not on the same wifi. Nothing.
Looked at every possible account setting. Stumped.

Not that it's fully related, but I got a master sub, claimed storm wreck and the others to test the maps feature.
The map loaded, creatures loaded but then I couldn't get any character tokens to load at all. Or the other option next to characters/creatures.
I'm probably just going to cancel until it's improved. It's a shame, because I'm sure when it works it'll be great.
