I'm missing over 150$ worth of sourcebooks, adventures and much more content from dndbeyond. It shows my purchase history and its all there but I no longer have access to any of it and it requires me to buy them all again. Is there any fix to this since it still shows in my account that I purchased these? I contacted support but go no answer or response. Any help would be huge as I am trying to start my own campaign and missing quite a lot of stuff I already bought. Anyone else have this issue? its been a year or two sense ive run a campaign so but other than that I have no idea why it all was removed.
Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content.
Would you be willing to share a screen shot of part of your purchase history? That would help me to know what to ask you to see if we can figure it out. I’m hoping that someone will eventually respond to your support ticket. I know they are very far behind. I also have reason to believe that one of the folks who used to work in the support department is no longer there, as his user name color has shifted from red (staff) to orange (moderator) on this site.
dndbeyond marketplace screenshot - I think this will work. Its part of my purchase history. One screenshot wont cover all of it though since its a lot of content.
Thanks for the image. In what is shown there, you purchased items like the spell and class bundles, not entire books. (I realize there are more purchases not shown in the screenshot.). If that is the case throughout, you wouldn’t be able to access the content by , for example, Sources>Players Handbook, but you would be able to do so when building characters or voting to Game Rules>spells or Game Rules>classes.
I am missing Access to at least two whole Adventures I purchased and am actively using Storm King's Thunder and Tales from the Yawning Portal. I checked my entitlements as well and it says its up to date. I have also put in a support ticket. Im just more curious as to why content I have been actively using suddenly missing and has been scrubbed from my purchase history. This also happened when I was running lost mines of Phandelver but I assumed that's because I was using the free version that was made available during the pandemic. so I just fully purchased Phandelver to finish that campaign but I do not what to rebuy two whole adventure books.

what do you see, for example, if you go here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/ranger
or here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/booming-blade
in the character builder, can you create an Arcana domain cleric? What about a circle of the moon druid?
