When using the dndbeyond online character sheet and I select manage spells --> 'Silence' it shows an error with the casting time. I've highlighted it in red. Does anyone else see this?

Not an error. It's a ritual spell. To cast a ritual spell as a ritual instead of using spell slots you add 10 minutes to the casting time.
