Dunno what you mean by spiked armor. But other, actually in the game, armor do have mithral versions. The page you linked to even has links to them. Example: Mithral Plate.
Just add them to the character?
Either I'm misunderstanding you or you haven't explained the issue properly.

Spiked armor is from SCAG, and the sidebar it appear in does not include any reference to a mithridatise variant. Thus there is not an official mithral option for spiked armor. (The sidebar with spiked armor info is in the section on the Battlersger Barbarian subclass)
I'm obviously late to this discussion, but I think I see what you mean. I am a rogue and thus get disadvantage on Dex and STR skill checks and saving throws if wearing heavy armor such as chain mail. But according to DnD rules, a rogue can wear MITHRAL without getting the disadvantage because "Mithral is a light, flexible metal. If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, the mithral version of the armor doesn't." according to the items's description in DnD Beyond. So I have the problem where my character sheet reflects these disadvantages whether I am wearing regular chain mail or mithral chain mail. Cleaning it up so that the Mithral items did not cause these icons to appear would be wonderful. I have tried to find a work around through homebrewing mithral armor, but nothing has stuck as the Equipment type "Heavy Armor" seems to be the factor the system picks up on. Not the title of the item.
Cleaning this up in the App and the website would be great. This information doesn't even make it to the character sheet pdf.
Why can't any armor type, say spiked armor, have an available attribute (Mithral) and that would remove disadvantage from stealth? Mithral Armor - Magic Items - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com)
Same goes for adamantine armor.

mithral spiked armor could be homebrewed, though.

The reason you have disadvantage is because rogues can't wear heavy or medium armor unless you have proficiency, mithril armor will not change that
