it's a homebrew item that your DM has made. Please refer back to the DM - the error looks like they've placed an invalid value in one of the fields when creating it.
If they're not sure what the problem is, ask them to message me on these forums, including a link to the homebrew sword and I'll take a look. :)
Been given this sword by my DM. Found it in the items but all that appears now that I've wielded it on Beyond is
