When you make a post in the D&DB forums, and you use Blockquote formatting more than once, you often get a result in which the post becomes uneditable, the font becomes extra-small and italicized, and the text invisible on mobile while in portrait orientation. And since it's uneditable (the edit button stops working) you can't try to fix it!
because that's what happens with these fickle bugs
but let's give it a try anyway! It's happened to me many times in the past, so it's nothing new. But still just as frustrating. Anyway, see my link for example.
Were you trying to edit twice? When you edit a post it won't let you edit it again unless you refresh. That happens to me a lot.
Are you using the " button for the quote or using </> button to edit quotes in via HTML <blockquote>? If the latter, you may have just made a small mistake in the code causing an issue with the forced formatting override the forum does.

Nope - I didn't edit it at all. In fact, I can't - the Edit button doesn't work when this bug manifests. Clicking on the "Edit" button at the bottom does nothing. Refreshing does nothing. It's uneditable. All I might be able to do is delete the post altogether.

I use the blockquote button (") in the forum toolbar. I don't try to write in HTML.
It's a weird bug that only shows up once in a while. But it seems to be triggered by the blockquote formatting - especially if used more than once in the same post. (But not always!)
(Edit: As you can see, I can't seem to trigger the bug when I try!)

it'll work perfectly
