Been using Maps for months now, it works well enough with minimal issues. However in my session last night the map crashed and no amount of refreshes or using other browsers seem to help. I simply get a "No map selected!" message without the option to switch maps or anything. I thought it'd be a temporary thing but today the issue persists; if I can't get this fixed I'll have to look for an alternative tool which I don't really want to do.
Note: Other campaigns work just fine, it's just this particular campaign that is causing me grief

I have the same issue and its only for one campaign also. The first one I have listed. Makes no sense but i submitted a ticket. Worst case ill have to make a new campaign and re invite the players
Add me to the list where this is a problem. We were playing this evening and the map stopped synching between DM and players, and when tried to reload to resync, the "no map selected" screen appeared on both and no amount of resetting, logging in/out, rebooting computer, clearing cache, even deactivating/activating all players and campaign managed to break out of this blockage.
In my experience this will sort itself out in time. The problem seems to be on their end; something crashes and caches on their server and no amount of reloads on your end will fix it. It's happened to me twice already, luckily the second time it sorted itself out in a matter of minutes, but the instance that prompted this post took days to get resolved. It is an issue they must address before going with version 1.0
Have this same issue. Created a new campaign and re-invited the party as a work around and it happened again! So frustrating. Thinking of cancelling my subscription.
Yup happened to me yesterday aswell. Had desyncs and after a reload amd re invite to the map it seems to have been wprking untiö at one point it just dwsynced and "No maps seöected" showed up in perpetuity. Had to draw maps on my backup mat and send pictures over whatsapp to all players if I wanted to show them a menu or something similar. Annoying. Following and hoping this gets fixed asap since it seems like a prerty major issue.
Same thing is happening to me. I had several tabs open to D&D beyond and accidentally closed the map page. When I tried to go back into that campaign, I just got a no map selected message with no toolbar or anything else. We had to end the session early as we were about to start a large dungeon and I didn't have backup materials with me. Hoping the continued activity on this forum will cause them to prioritize a fix for this.
Since the issue apparently tends to fix it self after sometime, it seems to have been a coincidence in your case unfortunately, since it did not work on my end either and a couple days later it just magically wprked again.

Following, in case a dev responds/fix is posted. Same happened to me. Worked fine for a couple months, stopped mid-session, no longer works.

We solved it. Try to F12 then right-click the Refresh button and press "Empty cache and forced reload". This should solve it.
I'm having the same problem, and the 'Empty cache and force reload' isn't fixing it

Happened to me for the first time today, I have a session in four days. I hope it works again by then.
