I'm asking if there is a way to add the hexblade curse damage to damage rolls when the feature is active on dnd beyond. is there a way to program this or add as a custom action?
To roll automatically? No. And it would not be prudent to add it because the extra damage is only against the cursed target and it will be possible you may be unable to focus attacks against them and need to attack somebody different for a turn or two. So it is better to only add the damage when you specifically need to, which can be easily done in your head. You just add +2, up to +6, depending on what is shown in your proficiency box, to your damage.
As a custom action? Yes. But it's not necessary. It's equal to your proficiency bonus, which is already listed on your sheet.
