As I am sure many others are as well, I was really excited to try and preorder the new core box set for the 2024 version. However, on using the link to go to the UK sister site, I cant find the box set for pre-order anywhere: D&D | Official Online Store (wizards.com)
Can someone please link me to it?
I also went to try and preorder it from the normal DDB site here, but the Order Now button seems to be greyed out and I can't click it. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
EDIT: For anyone just reading this thread now, please see this small clarification - While the button has been fixed, and clarifciation has been given on the fact that the "bundle" is not a "box set" (my bad wording), the problem is that the bundle is being offered to US folks only and for a MUCH lower price than we in the EU and UK have to buy the books individually for (by about £40 ($50) difference). Not only that, players buying the bundle in the US are also offered a free Golden Dragon digital mini, which is not being given to non-US customers. So we are not only paying MORE for the items, but we are also getting less items for the "privilege".
So there is no boxed set available for preorder right now, just the ability to preorder all three books!
The UK and EU stores don't have a way to order all three books as one SKU, like what you're seeing on the DDB marketplace, but if you add all three to your cart, the price is the same.

$180 and £180 are not the same. We are paying closer to the full $240 dollar price ($228 currently) that is then given a $60 discount when bought via D&D Beyond.

LaTia is not saying the price between the US and UK stores is the same, but the price between individual elements and the bundle
Say on the US store, the individual elements are priced at X, the bundle is priced at 3X
On the UK store, the individual elements are priced at Y and adding them individually costs you 3Y
There is no saving between the bundle and individual elements when using the bundle on the US store, it's just convenience. As such, after adjusting for local price differences for things like VAT etc, there's no detriment to buying the individual elements as a single transaction (or even multiple transactions)
To be clear, D&D Beyond is offering a bundle for $179, which also includes a " 50th anniversary digital Gold Dragon mini" as part of the bundle. This equates to the whole package being offered for approximately: £141 GBP
On the sister site, you can only buy the books individually for £60 each and therefore the 3 books comes to a whopping £180 GBP, AND you don't get the digital freebie included in that massive overprice.
This is the problem. I wish to purchase the pre-order along with the bonus item for the price advertised on the DDB website please.
Respectfully, claiming that these prices are somehow the same is either misinformed or simply incorrect. They are really not the same. I would like to buy the bundle set offered on DDB that includes the extra free gift and retails at the discounted price of $179 / £141 Please and thank you.

The issue isn't the matter of not being able to purchase all 3 at once, its that US customers are unfairly being offered the same product as international customers but for a reduced price. We also don't have the option of purchasing only a physical copy at all.
I do not have the option of purchasing only a digital or physical copy from the UK store, so I can only make a comparison between buying both as a US customer and as a UK customer.
I add 1 PHB digital copy and 1 PHB physical copy to my US cart. My carts total price is $59.99
I go to the UK store. I add the PHB physical & digital bundle to my cart. My carts total price is £59.99. This is $76.34.
I go back to the US store and add the 3 core rulebooks physical + digital bundle. Naturally, the total is $179.97
I go to the UK store. I add the 3 bundles. My total is £179.97. This is $229.02
For no reason other than I simply have the terrible misfortune of not living in the US, I have to pay $49.02 more for the rulebooks.
Thank you, LordScorpyon and Hayredd. I came here for the same reason. I had everything in my basket on the UK store but decided to double check my options. I thought the worst case scenario would be to get the digital on Beyond and the physical on Wizards UK, but I only have the option to buy the books as individual physical + digital bundles, which comes to £179.97 without the extra bonuses. So I've put everything on hold for now.
As someone living in Australia.. postage to here is not fun. Finding out that American customers are also prioritised with a discount, and freebies/extras just makes me feel even sadder about how WOTC look at the rest of the world.

The big difference (at least for EU store) is that dndbeyond (US prices) excludes sales tax where EU price includes sales tax. Also in different thread it was said the bonusses will be given to NON-US customers aswell.

US prices don't include sales tax until the purchaser enters their shipping information as it varies from location to location.
In the UK, VAT is a fixed 20% so is included in the list price. $180 in sterling + 20% is between £170 and £180 depending on the exchange rate. Customers are in the US are not getting a reduced price, they're getting a price that doesn't include tax and doesn't have to account for a shifting exchange rate.
And what about the free dragon mini being given to US customers as part of their bundle is not included in non-US individual item purchases?
I've passed along the ambiguity of this; as far as I am aware the pre-order bonuses apply to anyone who pre-orders a bundle of any kind from any marketplace
Are there plans for a 'bundle' to be released internationally. I would probably shell out for that now and look forward to each of the books landing on my doorstep over the next 6 months!
Ugh - so basically we ARE being punished for not living in the states. That's so disappointing and unfair, especially since it's a digital item and doesn't even need posting. #
Cant they just let us purchase the bundle through the website and then simply post it to people wherever they live? It shouldnt be that hard.
I'm as annoyed as everyone else on here, was ready to buy the bundle, but as we get far less than our american cousins, and at a greater price i'll stick with the ruleset i already have. What a disappointment !!!
Is there an avenue for us to complain about this? The books will be shipped (and maybe printed) worldwide. The Digital tools will be hosted all over the world.
It's so... parochial and arrogant of the company to think that international customers are unimportant like this. With the increasing frustration with Hasbro/Wotc at the moment it is the perfect opportunity with this release to do something that shows some iota of care for the players that they speak about with such care and affection. The actions of the company don't match the rhetoric.
Anyhow - appreciate the follow ups Davyd, you are doing a great job here!
I complained to customer services but it gets worse: even if you want to buy from the UK store the Checkout button remains resolutely un-clickable. This is after ticking the FAQ box (by clicking NEAR it not in it).
I'm also very disappointed. The launch for this could have been much better organised and it is a missed opportunity to show the global community some love.
I appreciate the moderators' efforts to find answers for us, but questions about this keep popping up on the forums. We could use an FAQ for non-US customers. It is getting a bit chaotic.

I've chased this up and received confirmation; the bonuses listed on the D&D Beyond markplace (the digital art book, digital mini, and dice) are only for pre-ordering the "2024 Digital & Physical Core Rulebook Bundle", "2024 Physical Core Rulebook Bundle", or "2024 Digital Core Rulebook Bundle", and as such are not available outside the US. Other pre-order bonuses still apply though
