I’m reposting this because I didn’t see a response for my previous thread and it’s getting buried in the list now. I didn’t want to bump and break the rules, so hopefully this isn’t doing that as well.
I have two players in my campaign who cannot export their sheets, while the other three can. The commonality between the two who can’t is that they both have a homebrew subclass. Anytime you try to export their sheets, you get a 500 error.
Linking to the characters in question would likely help! In addition, knowing what browsers/OS the players in question are using.
I am able to export my character with a homebrew subclass, and my player can export her's with a homebrew subclass, so there may be something else going on, perhaps something mis-entered, or a browser issue.
Good point about the browsers, I have tried it in iOS and Chrome for Mac. I should also add that I’ve tried using the drop down on the sheet and the button in the builder.
Are they using homebrew that was created before the revamped character sheet went live? Some homebrew subclasses have needed to be edited since the revamp.

I recommend trying this - assuming that you, or your players are the owners of the homebrew subclass.
If not (or if that doesn't work) please can you link the subclasses that are causing the issue here?

These were created prior, but I had already went in and made some changes to both the subclasses. I'm the owner, but both are set to private. Here are the links:
