Are you using the same login account on the website that you are for the app?
It is not technologically possible to have different subscriptions by device. It's account based. The only cause for there being a difference is if you accidentally use two different accounts. For example, if you use your Google account for the app and Twitch account for the website - when you didn't link them, then you have two separate accounts.

I am also having this same issue. I have ensured that I am using the same account on both the app and the browser. I can see the test campaign I just created to confirm I am on the correct account on the app on the website as well. I just created this test campaign to validate that I was on the correct account. This was not present before I subscribed. I just subscribed using the app and paying for it through the app which went through google play.

App purchases take time to affect main account, on occasion. Give it about 24 hours.

have you had a resolve for this yet, I'm having the same issue, subscribed several days ago on the app but my subscription isn't showing on the browser.
just logged in today 10/28/24 and confirmed i have the master tier but when i go to my characters, it shows I have a free subscription and is limiting my number of characters. I even have a receipt from 2 days ago showing that my card was charged. Please let me know what I should do.
the app shows i have a master tier account through april 18 2025 but i can't access master tier functions like early purchase of the 2024 DMG. Website refers me to Apple to correct my subscription. Apple data shows I never managed my subscrption through them, only made in-app purchases. i see WOTC is having a high number of tickets - is this a wider problem?
